The Village Care Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional compassionate care to residents in an inviting atmosphere. Our unwavering focus is on helping residents live each day to the fullest by focusing on their physical, mental, emotional and social needs. As part of the John Knox Village continuing care retirement community, our organization has specialized in older adult care for nearly 40 years.
At 420 beds, our Care Center is one of the largest in the area, which means we have the resources to provide a higher level of care and a greater variety of activities for seniors who call this home. And as in any friendly community, the Village Care Center is made up of smaller neighborhoods where everyone knows their neighbors and friendships are long-lasting.
Whether a resident comes to the Village Care Center for a short rehabilitative stay, or makes their home in either the memory care or long-term care neighborhoods, we provide comfortable surroundings and high quality nursing care 24 hours a day. The Village Care Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified and John Knox Village is accredited by CARF-CCAC (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities – Continuing Care Accreditation Commission)
