In making our decision, we wanted time to devote to building our consulting and accounting business, and we had to factor in the time it would take to maintain a home. After visiting the Village a couple of times during open houses in the spring and summer, we found it had the option to rent, which was great. We now have the time to devote to our business.
 The maintenance free lifestyle, where there is virtually no responsibility to maintain the home or yard is great. We do not have to be concerned with either doing maintenance of the house or even taking the time and money to find someone to do the work for us. Also the feeling of a safe, secure living environment, and the quick response by our Public Safety. There are so many things to do here at the Village, it’s sometimes difficult to make a decision as to what to do. We enjoy the indoor swimming pool and hot tub, the billiards and bowling and the fitness center. We also like to attend the different music groups and entertainment that comes here and we go dancing on Saturday evening. Spending time with the many new friends we’ve acquired since moving here is also a lot of fun.  Don’t wait until it is too late to enjoy the lifestyle that a retirement community can offer. Really consider John Knox Village for the maintenance free lifestyle as well as the vast amenities that are offered here, and the great friendships that can be made.
