Our skilled nurses, therapists and social workers provide these services in the comfort of home, allowing patients to receive assistance in a familiar environment. We serve patients and their families in 9 counties in Missouri and Kansas as well as residents of John Knox Village.
Each patient has a team of professionals that work together along with the doctor to implement individualized plans of care. Our focus is to enrich the lives of each patient, helping them return to full health, so they can live with more confidence.
Medicare Medicaid or private insurance reimburses the services provided by Village Home Health, depending on the level of care and your insurance plan.
