John Knox Village is made up of 2,000 residents and 1,000 associates who all come from different backgrounds. A core value of John Knox Village is to emphasize an open community that welcomes and celebrates its diversity. Differences are what make our community richer. Whether a resident or associate, we can learn and grow from each others' experiences.
Helping to foster a community that values diversity is the work of Village's Harmony at Work Committee. This committee, made up of associates from a variety of departments and levels within the organization, strives to identify opportunities to develop respect and value for the differences and celebrate the uniqueness of each member of the John Knox Village community. By helping our associates learn how to understand and embrace the differences of the people they interact with each day, they are better able to provide high quality service and care to residents and the customers who use the Village.
